2024 Joint VA Branch ASM Meeting with the Virginia Tech Center for Emerging, Zoonotic, and Arthropod-borne Pathogens (CeZAP) was held October 11-12 aat Virginia Tech. It was hosted by Dr. Ann Stevens.
2023 annual meeting was be held November 3-4 at Reynolds Community College. It was hosted by Dr. Janet Adams.
2022 annual meeting was held November 4-5 at Laurel Ridge Community College. It was hosted by Dr. Elisabeth Dingess.

2016 annual meeting was held November 4th and 5th at Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke. It was hosted by Amy White.

2014 annual meeting was held on the campus of James Madison University. It was hosted by Dr. James Herrick.
